3. Eco-Tours and Conservation Activities

Benzolebflatten offers various eco-tourism experiences and conservation activities throughout Romania. By purchasing or participating in any of our tours, experiences, or volunteer programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Participants must comply with safety instructions and guidelines provided by guides and conservation staff
• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, conservation needs, or other factors beyond our control
• Participation may require physical activity in natural environments, and you must disclose any medical conditions that might affect your ability to participate safely
• Photography taken during tours or conservation activities may be used by Benzolebflatten for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise

4. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your name, phone number, email, shipping address, and payment information.

We use third-party payment processors to facilitate payments for our conservation programs, eco-tours, and merchandise. When processing payments, we do not store or have access to your payment card details. This information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

For eco-tours and conservation experiences:

• Cancellation 60+ days before the start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellation 30-59 days before the start date: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the start date: No refund

For conservation partnerships and large donations, refund policies are established on a case-by-case basis in the partnership agreement.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour or experience due to insufficient participation, weather conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Intellectual Property

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Benzolebflatten and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Romania and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Benzolebflatten.

Research data, ecological findings, and conservation methodologies developed through our programs remain the intellectual property of Benzolebflatten, though we are committed to open science principles and sharing knowledge to advance conservation goals.

7. User Contributions

When you participate in community discussions, contribute to citizen science projects, or share content related to our conservation work, you grant Benzolebflatten a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your contributions for conservation and educational purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

• Your contributions are accurate and do not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• Ecological data you submit is collected ethically and with minimal environmental impact
• You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization

8. Assumption of Risk

Participating in nature-based activities involves inherent risks. By engaging in our eco-tours, volunteer programs, or conservation activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to:

• Exposure to wild animals, insects, and plants
• Variable weather conditions and terrain
• Physical exertion and potential injury
• Travel in remote areas with limited medical facilities

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety, but you acknowledge that these activities take place in natural environments where conditions can be unpredictable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Service.
